Fashion show concept and production
The growing trend of sustainability inspired the green island Lolland to ask SORT to create a fabulous event outside a beautiful old castle
As part of the growing design philosophy and trend of sustainability, fashion designers all over the world are introducing eco-conscious methods through the use of environmentally friendly materials and socially responsible methods of production. The Danish island Lolland also known as the green island focusing on eco agriculture and environmental production wished to introduce the green trend at their annual festival and asked SORT to create a fashion show containing only scandinavian sustainable fashion as a tribute to the products designed and produced with consideration to the environmental and social impact it may have throughout its total lifetime.
A spectacular show
Noir, Gudrun and Gudrun and Mads Nørgaard were among the brands participating in the Organic Substainable Fashion Show located in front of the beautiful old Oreby Castle. SORT created a spectacular show featuring the variety of Scandinavian design going green, by in different ways including Corporate Social Responsibility and organic fabrics in their collections. SORT developed the concept of the show and we wished to give the audience a new conception of contemporary organic design.
